About Kanchan
Kanchan Jha is the founder of Parivartan, a community-driven yoga and wellness movement. With years of dedicated practice spanning Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and the unique art of Aqua Yoga, she brings a holistic approach that meets every body where it is.
Her philosophy is beautifully simple: yoga is not about touching your toes — it's about what you learn on the way down. From thriving community groups across Kolkata to live online sessions reaching practitioners in the UK, Europe, and Australia — she has built a wellness movement that knows no borders.

The Practice
